UEM Sunrise recently held its 10th Annual General Meeting (“10^th AGM”) on 31 May 2018 at Persada PLUS, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

It was attended by approximately 1,800 registered shareholders and proxy holders and was chaired by YBhg. Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Zamzamzairani Mohd Isa.

The 10th AGM was YBhg. Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Zamzamzairani Mohd Isa’s first AGM in his capacity as Chairman following his appointment to the Board. The AGM concluded with all eleven resolutions being passed by the shareholders and proxy holders.

After the AGM, a press conference was organised and attended by YBhg. Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Zamzamzairani Mohd Isa together with En. Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer and En. Mohamed Rastam Shahrom, Chief Financing Officer of UEM Sunrise.
