On 23 March 2019, Sunrise MCL Land Sdn Bhd, a joint venture development of UEM Sunrise and MCL Limited, celebrated the grand opening of its Broadhill Show Village at Precinct 3, Forest Heights.

Themed “Broadhill Night”, the event was attended by approximately 1,000 visitors, with the sales take-up rate reaching about 70% by the end of the night. Visitors had fun participating in a Zumba session and face painting, candle holder, perler beads and dough doll workshops. Broadhill Night was further complemented with stunning performances featuring an LED lion dance, diabolo, drum and other dance performances. Various food trucks were also on hand to serve scrumptious delicacies throughout the night.

The event was officially graced by YB Mr. Cha Kee Chin, Member of Parliament for Rasah; YB Ms. Nicole Tan Lee Koon, Negeri Sembilan Exco and Chairman of Women Affairs and Social Welfare; Mr. Kenny Wong Koon Keng, Director of Sunrise MCL Land Sdn Bhd; En. Azmy Mahbot, UEM Sunrise Development Committee Member, and Ms. Jacqueline Law, Head, Sunrise MCL Land Sdn Bhd.

Broadhill Residence, covering a gross land area of 31 acres and hosting 333 units, was initially soft launched on 29 September 2018. The name “Broadhill” was derived from the word broad hilltop living – defining its concept of elevated spacious modern homes, park and view which blends sophistication in creating an ideal home.
