On the 13^th of October 2018, UEM Sunrise, as strategic partner and title sponsor, hosted the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) National Sports Day 2018 at Puteri Harbour, Iskandar Puteri, Johor.

The event’s main objective was to inculcate and nurture a healthy lifestyle among PDRM officers. It successfully achieved its objectives, with more than 2,000 participants comprising officers from all over Malaysia as well as Iskandar Puteri and Gelang Patah community members joining the 5KM Fun Run or 30KM Cycling events.

The PDRM National Sports Day was officially graced by National Police Chief, Inspector-General of Police YBhg. Tan Sri Dato' Sri Mohamad Fuzi Harun in the presence of Johor Police Chief Commissioner YBhg. Datuk Mohd Khalil Kader Mohd; Federal Police Criminal Investigation Department Director YBhg. Datuk Seri Wan Ahmad Najmuddin Mohd; and PDRM National Sports Day Chairman YBhg. Dato’ Sri Asri Bin Yusoff while UEM Sunrise was represented by General Manager, Security, Tuan Redzuan Shawaluddin; Director, Southern 1, Mr. Jeff Saw Seong Kit; and Director, Southern 2, En. Zamri Yusof.
