Happiness was in the air as more than 350 guests consisting of Trésorians and residents of UEM Sunrise-Managed Properties enjoyed the fun of traditional games, food, laughter, singing, dancing and more at the “Rumah Happy Aidilfitri” open house organised by the UEM Sunrise Fun Zone Community Centre! 

The joyous and successful open house on 28 June 2019 was jointly hosted by UEM Sunrise Trésor and Marketing & Sales Central 2, and in collaboration with SCM Properties and TIME dotCom. “Rumah Happy Aidilfitri” was held to celebrate Hari Raya Aidilfitri with Trésorians and residents of UEM Sunrise-Managed Properties while exposing them to Malaysia’s unique cultures and heritage, create awareness on the value-added and exclusive services provided by the company for its residents and entice current residents visiting the UEM Sunrise Showcase to have a closer look at the latest projects and developments.

With Emcee Helmi Gimmick entertaining the crowd, guests indulged in various traditional and family-oriented activities such as Batik Painting, Caricature Drawing, Batu Seremban, Dam Haji and Sampul Duit Raya Craft. The night ended on a high for five extra lucky visitors who walked away with some wonderful lucky draw prizes, including three carpets sponsored by IMhomestylist ranging from RM999 to RM 2,599 each and RM250 in Parkson gift vouchers.

“Rumah Happy Aidilfitri” was a fun-filled and wholesome event enjoyed by various members of UEM Sunrise. Overall, it was also a great initiative for fostering stronger and closer relationships between the UEM Sunrise management team and residents, encapsulating the ”Find Your Happy” spirit within the multi-national community of Mont’Kiara.
