UEM Sunrise’s Residensi Astrea Mont’Kiara, Kuala Lumpur has been honoured at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2019 that was held on 14 and 15 May 2019 at Marriot Marquis Queen’s Park in Bangkok, Thailand.

Residensi Astrea Mont’Kiara was deemed the Residential High-Rise Development Malaysia Award Winner. Mr. Liong Kok Kit, Director – Central 2 collected the award on behalf of UEM Sunrise in the presence of Development – Central 2 representatives Ir. Lye Chien Yung, General Manager, Ir. Rudy Lim Lai Huat, Deputy General Manager, Ms. Phoon Sit Meng, Deputy Senior Manager and Ms. Tan Yen Shear, Assistant Manager. Also present at the ceremony were representatives from various industry players.

Organised by the International Property Awards, the Asia Pacific Property Awards are the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised programme throughout the region. The awards are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts. Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. The awards are open to residential and commercial property professionals from around the globe and are split into regions covering Africa, Asia Pacific, Arabia, Canada, Caribbean, Central & South America, Europe, UK and USA.
