UEM Sunrise’s Residensi Solaris Parq in Solaris Dutamas, Kuala Lumpur has received international honours at the International Property Awards 2018 on 3 December 2018 at The Savoy Hotel in the City of Westminster, London.

Residensi Solaris Parq first became a contender for the International Property Awards 2018 after being accorded the Five-Star Rating for Best Residential High-Rise Development Malaysia and Best Apartment Malaysia at the Asia Pacific Property Awards earlier this year.

Thus, UEM Sunrise is extremely pleased to share that Residensi Solaris Parq was judged as the Best Apartment Asia Pacific and Best International Apartment at this year’s International Property Awards 2018!

Ms. Lai Sook Fun, Head, Product Development and Ms. Chong Chai Wea, Deputy General Manager – Project Director Central 2 represented UEM Sunrise in collecting the awards. Also present at the ceremony were representatives from various industry players.

The International Property Awards are open to residential and commercial property professionals from around the globe. An International Property Award is a world-renowned mark of excellence.
