There was never a dull moment as more than 600 residents of UEM Sunrise Managed-properties and Trésorians attended a Lunar New Year Celebration on 15 February 2019 at Arcoris Mont’Kiara. Organised by the UEM Sunrise Fun Zone Community Centre in collaboration with SCM Property Services, Arcoris JMB, TIME dotCom and Hyatt House Mont’Kiara, the celebration was themed “Rolling in the Riches” and packed with abundant surprises, including special appearances by Fook Lok Sau Trio and Rolling Fun Time with Emcee Kelsen.

The evening started off with guests tossing the Yee Sang as a symbol of abundance, prosperity and vigour. UEM Sunrise’s management team, partners, residents and guests then spent time checking out the Sales & Marketing Department’s booth as well as other joyful activities.

Guests were delighted by an acrobatic Lion Dance, followed by Chinese New Year Dance performances by Danze Designer Dancers and the Mont’Kiara community. They were also kept entertained at the various activity booths featuring the Chopstick Challenge, Which Cup?, Zodiac Race, Guess the Rice Weight, Chinese Paper Cutting, Fortune Cookie Craft, Rainbow Calligraphy, Dragon Beard Demonstration & Giveaway, Wheel of Fortune and Piggy Bank Colouring.

10 lucky guests ended the night on a high note, winning lucky draw prizes including the Grand Prize of a 3D2N stay at Hyatt House Mont’Kiara.

In line with UEM Sunrise’s vision of “Building Communities of the Future with You and for You”, “Rolling in the Riches” served as the perfect engagement platform for the UEM Sunrise management team to interact with the community while celebrating a unique and jovial festivity as part of the Malaysian culture.
