UEM Sunrise Berhad (“UEM Sunrise” or the “Company”), one of Malaysia’s leading property developers, celebrated a successful topping out of Residensi Solaris Parq serviced residences today.
Launched in October 2017, the topping out symbolises the concreting of the roof slab, marks yet another milestone towards the first phase of the residential component in the 18.76-acre mixed development masterplan called Solaris Parq.
Residensi Solaris Parq is a freehold luxury serviced residences comprising two 41-storey towers with 288 units each. It offers five different layouts to choose from with built-ups ranging from 721 sq ft to 2,469 sq ft to cater to diverse homebuyers, from individual occupants to small and large families. With a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately RM755 million, Residensi Solaris Parq is expected to enhance the attractiveness of Mont’Kiara and Dutamas as the affluent address to aspire for, given the twin towers’ well-balanced design of luxury, nature and convenience.

With a starting price of RM948,800, Residensi Solaris Parq is just a few units away from being fully taken and is targeted for completion in Q2 2022.

UEM Sunrise Chief Executive Officer, Sufian Abdullah led the ceremony, together with Liong and Solaris Parq project team leader Rudy Lim Lai Huat. HAB Construction Sdn Bhd, main contractor of the project, were represented by executive directors Haw Beng Wah, Ong Tien Ling and Wilson Haw Wei Sheng; while partner at GDP Architects, Muhammad Feeda bin Ahmat, were also in attendance. The event only consisted of the ceremonial topping out followed up with a group photo session where strict SOPs were observed.

Residensi Solaris Parq marks the first phase of the integrated freehold master development in Solaris Parq, and UEM Sunrise’s ongoing developments in Dutamas. The development will be expanded further with not only commercial and retail units, but also another residential component in the second phase and a two-acre open park.
Phase 2, or Plot B of Solaris Parq will also be open for bookings soon, offering four office towers comprising two towers of stratified office suites and two more for en-bloc sale.
