UEM Sunrise, together with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, marked their triumphant entry into the extended-stay hotel segment by opening the doors of the first four-star Hyatt House on the 6^th of December 2018 at Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur, Mont’Kiara.

Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur is the first ever Hyatt House hotel in Malaysia and the Southeast Asian region, and the largest Hyatt House in the world. It provides over 298 contemporary, residentially inspired studios and suites with fully equipped kitchens and comfortable living and bedrooms. At the ribbon cutting ceremony and soft launch, UEM Sunrise was represented by En. Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer with Mr. Michael Koffler, Regional Vice President Hyatt Place/Hyatt House & Full-Service Franchise Operations, Asia Pacific Hyatt Hotels & Resorts in the presence of Mr. Bennet Peter, General Manager of Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur, Mont’Kiara, representatives of Hyatt Hotels Corporation and the senior leadership team of UEM Sunrise.
