UEM Sunrise had on 10 January 2018 hosted a study tour for FIABCI Malaysia’s delegation in Iskandar Puteri.

As the winner of FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Award 2012 for Nusajaya – Master Plan, the study tour is aimed at creating industry awareness of UEM Sunrise’s accomplishments through the various project developments – completed, under construction and in the pipeline.

The 37-member entourage led by Dr. Yu Kee Su, Secretary General of FIABCI Malaysia comprised of potential investors, bankers, representatives from other property developers as well as members of the public. They were welcomed and briefed by Mr. Jeff Saw, UEM Sunrise’s Project Director – Southern 1 before touring East Ledang, Nusajaya Tech Park, Southern Industrial & Logistics Clusters (SILC), Bayu Nusantara, Melia Residences, Mall of Medini, Teega, Almãs, Puteri Harbour Marina Clubhouse, Puteri Harbour International Ferry Terminal, and Anjung Neighbourhood Centre. At the Estuari Gardens’ project site, the delegates were shown to the completed show units and briefed on the project’s progress.

The tour concluded with a networking session at The Ledang Urban Retreat Clubhouse (“LURE”) before the delegates returned to Jen Hotel in Puteri Harbour.
