On 17 and 18 April 2019, UEM Sunrise concluded a successful media familiarisation visit at its Iskandar Puteri and Singapore Property Gallery with members from Central and Southern media. The familiarisation visit was held to share UEM Sunrise’s vision and mission with the media members as well as the latest updates on its various projects in Johor for 2019.

On Day 1, Mr. Jeff Saw Seong Keat, Project Director – Southern 1 and En. Zamri Yusof, Director – Southern 2 conducted a project development presentation for the media members at Imperia Property Showcase, Puteri Harbour. Mr. Kenny Wong Koon Keng, Chief Marketing Officer, was also on hand to welcome the media members before enjoying the presentation.

Next, they were taken on a tour of various UEM Sunrise developments, namely East Ledang, Estuari Gardens, Aspira Lake Homes, Denai Nusantara, EduCity Sports Complex, the Johor State Legislative Assembly Hall, Kota Iskandar and Puteri Harbour International Ferry Terminal. Day 1 ended with En. Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer hosting a dinner for the media members at Saujana Seafood Restaurant, Gelang Patah, Johor.

On Day 2, the media members visited the Singapore Property Gallery at DUO Galleria in Bugis Street, Singapore. Ms. Sharon Teo, Head of Commercial, Industrial & B2B, enlightened them with a DUO development project presentation before bringing them on a tour of DUO Galleria. The day ended on a high note as the media members basked in the view and atmosphere of the uber chic Andaz Singapore Hotel, located within DUO Galleria’s striking pair of skyscrapers that distinctly stand out with its metallic, honeycomb design.

Overall, the members of the media from Utusan Malaysia, Kosmo!, Berita Harian, ASTRO Awani, Malaysia Gazette, Nanyang Siang Pau, Bernama, Malaysia Reserve, New Straits Times, iProperty.my and Property Guru enjoyed the familiarisation visit and engagement, agreeing that it had successfully achieved its objectives.
