UEM Sunrise unveiled the latest phase of its prestigious development – Dahlia 2 – at Serene Heights, Semenyih on 11 and 12 May 2019. The venue was delightfully decorated with various vibrant, large and colourful flowers, reflecting the petals of the Dahlia flower and “A Bigger Space to Live Life in Full Bloom”.

More than 150 visitors attended the launch celebration, in the presence of UEM Sunrise’s Director - Central 1, En. Zulkifly Garib and Chief Marketing Officer, Mr. Kenny Wong.

Among the main attractions set up for both kids and adults to enjoy during the launch were an archery range, games such as Giant Jenga and Giant Bubbles, a petting zoo, terrarium workshop and fresh flowers booth.

Dahlia 2, Serene Heights, Semenyih’s double-storey terraced homes, is inspired by a tropical resort theme and was designed to offer spaciousness and comfortable living, complemented by serene surroundings of lush, calming greenery. It will be built on individual lots measuring 24’ x 70’ with built-up areas ranging from 2,165 to 2,480 sq. ft. The project can be accessed via major highways including the North-South Expressway, LEKAS Highway, and the SILK Highway.
