KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Sunrise Bhd has teamed up with Maybank Islamic’s HouzKEY to help more of its customers including new homeowners to be able to own a UEM Sunrise home.
Under the partnership, first- and second-time homeowners can own their dream home with zero payment during the construction period, zero down payment, and a 100% financing scheme for 10 of its projects.
“Under the initiative, purchasers will not have to make payment during the construction period for projects which are still under completion until they have obtained their keys.
“Homeowners can also enjoy 100% financing at the lowest rate for the first five years, forking out only a refundable deposit of three months instead of a costly down payment on top of extra goodies from UEM Sunrise, ” according to the joint statement issued on Thursday.
Under the government’s recently extended Home Ownership Campaign (HOC), homeowners will also benefit from stamp duty exemptions and MOT waivers.
UEM Sunrise chief executive officer Sufian Abdullah said the initial cost of owning a home for the first-time buyer can be daunting hence, it has partnered with Maybank Islamic to assist the buyers.
“We firmly believe that the HouzKEY initiative will help more of our customers including new homeowners to achieve their dream of owning a UEM Sunrise home.
“This collaboration complements our tagline, ‘Find Your Happy’ in which our goal is to help our customers find their happiness through a newly-owned home, making each of their home buying experience a joyful one, ” Sufian said
UEM Sunrise’s featured properties in Johor include developments with sustainable features - Aspira Gardens in Gerbang Nusajaya; and Aspira ParkHomes (Phases 1, 2, 3A, 3B).
Other featured properties include Senadi Hills (Phases 1A, 1B), a freehold residential development for multigenerational families, and finally, The Maris, in the Desaru Coast neighbourhood.
In the Klang Valley, featured properties include KAIA Heights, UEM Sunrise’s latest hilltop high-rise residence in Equine Park, Seri Kembangan, and AVA Residence in UEM Sunrise’s flagship development, Kiara Bay, Kepong.
