21 JULY , ISKANDAR PUTERI -UEM Sunrise Berhad (“UEM Sunrise” or the “Company”) has seen the soaring popularity of the guarded development Senadi Hills in Iskandar Puteri with its first phase double-storey terraced houses almost entirely taken up a year after its launch.

Since its launch last July, Phase 1A of Senadi Hills has recorded more than 85% in finalised sales while the later Phase 1B showed equal star power with a take-up rate of 75% after just several months, a testament to its customers’ confidence in the quality and value of one of UEM Sunrises’ many attractively priced products in the Southern region.

The 62-acre Senadi Hills is UEM Sunrise’s answer to private and secure homes for multigenerational families with beautifully landscaped gardens right outside the doorstep. A freehold residential development with easy access to expressways and close to the shopping centre, healthcare facilities, education institution and leisure amenities; Senadi Hills offers Comfort, Convenience and Connected living to its residents.

Both Phases 1A and 1B consist of 112 and 120 units, respectively, out of 398 residential units are on offer in the exclusive guarded mixed development. Built-up of the residential units starts from 2,088 sqft. With options of the 4-bedroom units in the 20′ x 70′ and 22′ x 70′ land area, Senadi Hills offers tastefully designed homes which suit the different multigenerational needs. The price starts from RM623,900, which includes a 15% discount for Bumiputera buyers.

For the commercial units which complete the neighbourhood, homebuyers will be at ease with the Senadi Square, set to provide basic conveniences with its 20 units of double-storey shop offices. To date, Senadi Square has already seen almost half of its units taken up for the added comfort of Senadi Hills residents.

UEM Sunrise Chief Operations Officer (Southern) Zamri Yusof said: “We are very encouraged by the demand for Senadi Hills. Despite the economic uncertainty and border closures, this shows that our customers have confidence that we can deliver them quality products on time at great value for money.”
