We are pleased to share that UEM Sunrise has won four awards at the StarProperty.my Awards 2018 Presentation Ceremony and Gala Dinner held at the JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur on 14 March 2018.

Organised by the Star Media Group Berhad, the ceremony was graced by the Crown Prince of Selangor His Highness Tengku Amir Shah Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah. Also present at the ceremony were the Star Media Group Berhad’s Chairman, Datuk Fu Ah Kiow; its Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Seri Wong Chun Wai, representatives from various property developers and industry players.

The prestigious All-Star Top Ranked Developers Award was received by UEM Sunrise’s Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, En. Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib. The All-Star Top Ranked Developers Award honours developers that have consistently created and added value to their property projects while engaging with important stakeholders such as the community they serve and their customers.

Additionally, UEM Sunrise received Honours Awards for the following Highly Acclaimed categories :-

• Residensi Solaris Parq – The Skyline Award
• Arcoris Mont’Kiara – The WOW Award (Most Iconic Development) [Residential/Hybrid]  
• Estuari Gardens – The Family-Friendly Award

The award presentation aimed to recognise and honour the outstanding achievements of developers that had shown consistent financial strength and delivered quality products to their customers as homes or investment assets.

Other recipients of the All-Star Top Ranked Developers Award were Eco World Development Group, Gamuda Land, IJM Land, IOI Properties Corporation, LBS Bina Group, Mah Sing Group, MRCB, Matrix Concepts Group, Paramount Corporation, SP Setia, Sime Darby Property, Sunway Property, Tropicana Corporation and UOA Development.

En. Mohamed Rastam Shahrom, Chief Financial Officer; En. Zadil Hanief Mohamad Zaidi, Head of Strategy & Corporate Affairs and Mr. Liong Kok Kit, Project Director, Central 2 also represented UEM Sunrise in receiving the awards for the evening.
