UEM Sunrise has won three awards at the StarProperty.my Awards 2018 – Jewels of Johor Presentation Ceremony and Gala Dinner held at the Thistle Hotel, Johor Bahru on 18 September 2018.

Organised by the Star Media Group Berhad, the ceremony was graced by His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar, the Sultan of Johor. Also present at the ceremony were His Highness Tunku Ismail Ibni Sultan Ibrahim, the Crown Prince of Johor; YBhg. Datuk Fu Ah Kiow, Star Media Group Berhad Chairman; YBhg. Datuk Seri Wong Chun Wai, Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer; representatives from various property developers and industry players.

The prestigious The Best Choice Award was received by UEM Sunrise’s Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, En. Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib. The Best Choice Award is a title that carries the approval, hopes and dreams of the people.

Additionally, UEM Sunrise received Two Awards for the following Highly Acclaimed categories:-

     • Estuari Gardens - The Best Quality & Finishing Development (Excellence) Award

     • Gerbang Nusajaya - The Best Comprehensive Township [Above 500 acres] 

        (Honours) Award

The award presentation honours leading developers who have contributed to the expansion of Johor’s real estate industry, breaking new ground with creativity and innovation in housing design and practice. The award presentation also focuses on highlighting the developers of south Malaysia who have put in the highest effort to raise the bar through developments that embody aspects such as quality, security, value, purposefulness, and most importantly, always cater to the demands of the nation.

YBhg. Dato’ Roslan Ibrahim, Chief Operating Officer, Development and En. Zamri Yusof, Project Director - Southern 2 also represented UEM Sunrise in receiving the awards for the evening.
