Nature makes up a large part of this development. Yet, the advanced township harkens back to the good old days, when spending plenty of time outdoors, without worrying about safety, was the way we lived.
A 25-acre Creekside Parkland is a lush green zone that features a winding waterway, and jogging and bicycle tracks. Themed parks and playzones, inspired by traditional games we used to play as children, such as gasing and congkak, are scatted across the township. The two main thoroughfares are also densely landscaped: the wide and tree-shaded Tropika Boulevard starts from the entrance and branches off into different precincts, and a perimeter road, the Street of Blooms, bursts into colours when the flowers are in bloom.
With the spillover of economic and commercial activities and employment opportunities, new townships and neighbourhoods surrounding Kuala Lumpur city are thriving. Bangi, located in the southern part of Greater Kuala Lumpur, has been earmarked for growth, as it already serves as an education hub in the central region.
Bangi has experienced a steady rise in popularity as an idyllic residential place, largely attributed to the spacious landed homes and plenty of open, green spaces. Its central location between Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya also makes it an ideal, up-and-coming residential address, as areas in Greater Kuala Lumpur continue to develop. Schools, banks and other daily amenities have long been established here, and accessibility via highway and public transport have becomes increasingly easy.
Bangi offers a leisurely lifestyle to those who call it home. Besides abounding greenery, the Danau Golf Club, Kajang Hills Golf Club, Bangi Golf Club and Taman Tasik Cempaka are all in the vicinity.
