Trésor is a UEM Sunrise Loyalty Programme designed to reward customers who have purchased property(ies) from UEM Sunrise Berhad commencing from Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) signed date of 1 January 2005 onwards. It offers
benefits and privileges
promoted by UEM Sunrise and our participating merchant outlets exclusively for Trésorians to enjoy.
UEM Sunrise Berhad will review the eligibility, benefits and privileges at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
…it’s a sub-sale purchase. A sub-sale purchaser will not be eligible for any Trésor memberships.
No you don’t. The Trésor membership is automatic and the e-Trésor card will be made available to the purchaser via UEM Sunrise hUb prop mobile application upon full settlement of the first 10% of the purchase price and signing of Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
Trésor membership tiers are determined by the total accumulated value of the property you purchased from UEM Sunrise. You may refer to above table.
Upgrading of your Trésor membership is done automatically. Your subsequent property purchase will be added to raise the total accumulated value.
Once your total accumulated value exceeds your current tier, your membership status will be automatically upgraded to the next tier upon settlement of the first 10% of the purchase price and signing of Sale and Purchase Agreement
(SPA).
However, if you cancel any of the subsequent purchases or elect to remove your name from or nominate a third party in your place in the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) prior to the full settlement of the purchase price, the
relevant value of the
subject property will be deducted from the total accumulated value accordingly and the Trésor Card will revert to the respective tier.
Trésor memberships are not transferable and the benefits and privileges are only accorded to the Trésorians.
Unfortunately for now, Trésor memberships are not transferrable to any of your immediate family members.
Combining the values of separate or joint purchases by spouses is not allowed as the discount for single or joint purchase is offered on an individual basis only.

Just present your e-Trésor Card at the time of purchase or introduction and you must be a signatory of the Sale and Purchase Agreement. The rebate will be given in the form of a Credit Note.
Family Extension Rebate can be extended to Trésorian’s immediate family members. They will enjoy up to 5% Tresor rebate in accordance with Trésorian’s tier at the point of purchase on the net price with effect from 1 November 2020.

Trésorian’s immediate family members mean spouse and children (i.e. sons, daughters including legally adopted children) by providing relevant documents such as marriage certificate or birth certificate for verification purposes of the relationship.
In order to enjoy the TPR scheme, the Trésorian must register himself/herself together with his/her referred customer’s details in the UEM Sunrise hUb prop mobile application prior to his/her referred customer purchases. The
referred customer must
not be a Trésorian or a staff member of UEM Sunrise Berhad (inclusive of its subsidiaries) or a staff member of UEM Group (inclusive of its subsidiaries) at the point of introduction and has not approached UEM Sunrise
Property(ies) prior to such
introduction by the Trésorian.
The TPR reward will be paid out to Trésorians by way of cheque or bank transfer upon the referred customer having executed the Sale and Purchase Agreement and settled the 10% deposit in full or paid less than 10% of the purchase
price for cash buyers
under construction projects, whichever is later, or upon UEM Sunrise and/or its subsidiaries receiving full payment of the purchase price for the completed project.
